This ride takes advantage of much of Southern Oregon’s great riding area. Much of the riding is in secluded forests and seldom accessed back roads. This is a great ride if you need a few hours of quiet time and want to get a good ride in. Pair that with some rewarding climbs and some great views, and you’ve got yourself a perfect weekend ride. The climbs are somewhat brief and pay you back with a subsequent descent. The climb on the Keno Access road is a very long, false flat climb. Do not underestimate this section. Also keep in mind that the prevailing winds will give you a slight head/crosswind on Hwy. 66 between Keno and Klamath Falls.
